The ECRMC Mall Walkers Program is a non-competitive walker program that provides its members an array of activities and benefits such as: health education seminars, prizes, and even a personal online monitoring system. Besides all that, being a part of the ECRMC Mall Walkers Program is a great way to meet new friends and stay cool and active during those hot summer days. The program is available to all members of the community, including adults, seniors, new mothers, and anyone looking for a great way to get fit and stay fit.
